As part of our successful team, we will assist in developing your business leadership skills, industry and State Farm business acumen, as well as sales and marketing experience.

This is a fully remote part-time position

Compensation: Base Hourly Wage + Bonus & Commission ($25,000 - $40,000 annually)

Responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting for new client opportunities through calling leads, direct mail, outside marketing, networking, obtaining referrals and other targeted lists, etc.
  • Schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to help educate customers about their risk management, banking & financial service options and put them on a path to meet their long-term goals
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

My Training Program Includes:
