Amazon Account Manager (Remote)

Eco D2C is a mission-driven boutique digital marketing agency helping natural and sustainable brands thrive on Amazon. We prioritize social impact, donating 5% of all revenue to charities fighting malaria, supporting climate action, and protecting indigenous lands. We are seeking a motivated Amazon Account Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, fully remote role, with a monthly compensation of $1400 - $1700.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relations & Strategy: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, offering strategic Amazon guidance and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Project Management: Manage workflows using ClickUp – create and assign tasks, update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Amazon Account Operations: Lead Amazon marketplace activities: optimize product listings for better visibility and sales, oversee inventory management, troubleshoot seller account issues, and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Client Communication: Maintain proactive communication with clients via email (respond within 24 hours), conduct onboarding sessions and weekly update calls, and schedule meetings as needed.
  • Internal Tracking: Keep internal systems up to date – update dashboards, SOP documents, inventory logs, case logs, and monitor account health metrics.
  • Content Coordination: Collaborate with content creators and designers; review product images and graphic assets for quality and brand consistency before publishing on Amazon.

Qualifications

  • Amazon Experience: Minimum 2 years experience with Amazon Seller Central and comprehensive knowledge of Amazon seller operations, from launching new products to scaling existing brands.
  • Account Health Expertise: Familiarity with Amazon processes including A-Z Guarantee claims, account health management, and working with Amazon Seller Support.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, with a methodical approach to managing data and processes.
  • Ownership Mentality: A strong work ethic with an ownership mentality – you proactively solve problems, persist through challenges, and take responsibility for delivering results.
  • Remote Work Ready: Self-motivated and organized; you are comfortable working independently in a remote environment and coordinating across time zones.
