What You Will Do

 

The Bookkeeper/Associate Controller will support Regenified’s financial health through accurate bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and general accounting support. This role will ensure timely and organized financial recordkeeping, assist with monthly reporting, and support internal accounting procedures. This is a hands-on, supportive role ideal for someone with a solid accounting foundation who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and contributing to a mission-driven team.


Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping:

Controller Support:

  • Assist with preparation of budgets and forecasts.

  • Support budget tracking and comparisons to actuals.

  • Support in the analysis of financial data and preparation of management reports.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining internal financial procedures.

  • Contribute to financial audits and tax preparation.

  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.

  • Contribute to audit preparation and coordination with external accountants.

Experience and Skills

  • 3–4 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar finance support role.

  • CPA certification required.

  • Working knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work independently with clear direction.

  • Excellent organizational skills and comfort working in Google Workspace.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Bill.com, QuickBooks).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
