Full job description

The E-Desk Agent is responsible for handling all reservation inquiries that come into the department through various email streams. This individual must be sales-oriented, can work well in a small team, and are very driven.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sell world-class itineraries to luxury travelers and Travel Advisors to include rooms, golf, dining, transportation, and other recreational activities.
  • Cross sell from one property to another.
  • Use critical thinking and creativity to solve problems
  • Provide strong guest service skills to every customer, every time.
  • Recognize good business opportunities and maximize revenue.
  • Other duties assigned by the Coordinator and Manager.
  • Comply with Pebble Beach Company safety and health policies and procedures.
