Sales Strategy Associate Manager, International D- 12090

Responsibilities

The Sales Strategy Associate Manager drives holistic strategy and business development opportunities across sales channels, with a specific focus on Domestic Parks and Disney Signature Experiences products and services. The position evaluates international business opportunities and recommends strategies based on consumer and market insights.  Ideal candidate is competent, confident, self-directed, and comfortable communicating to leaders at all levels in the organization.

The Sales Strategy Associate Manager, International will report to the Marketing Strategy Director.

You Will:

  • Develop business strategies and plans that align with organizational growth goals

  • Identify, define, develop and communicate strategies rooted in consumer insights to deliver business goals and drive revenue for international teams

  • Support leadership team by developing strategic points of view and collaborating with partners to drive decision making

  • Develop revenue generation opportunities with a focus on providing support to executives, helping develop new opportunities (products, services, partnerships)

  • Assess the market environment, identify gaps/opportunities, build the business case, ensure operational feasibility and efficiency of new opportunities

  • Assist with Long Term Plan, Annual Plan, and Integrated Communication Plans across all lines of business

  • Manage International budgets, Disneycopyright platform, marketing guidelines, and newsletters 

  • Effectively communicate opportunities and tailor communications to the audience (Executives, Managers, Peer Groups, Internal and External Partners)

  • Partner extensively with Sales, CIMA, Consumer Marketing and other LOBs acting as a key integration point

Basic Qualifications:

  • Previous travel and / or hospitality industry experience in a sales or marketing role

  • Knowledge of Disney Destinations Sales and Marketing

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a business field (e.g. Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing)
