Job Summary:

Manage day-to-day client relationship in support of web, digital and social initiatives for Spotless Brands. Participate in all facets of website optimization and development of media landing pages, as well as digital and social ads. This person will work closely with an integrated team including project management, strategy, analytics and technology, while cultivating key client relationships. Responsibilities include working with the digital team to identify and present website enhancement recommendations and prioritize site updates based on business priorities, participating actively in internal and client meetings.

What you will work on:

  • Lead and support website updates (site enhancements and maintenance) and digital/social advertising programs from brief to launch, including internal reviews, client reviews, production and trafficking, including collaboration with the core teams
  • Participate in internal creative reviews, providing feedback and anticipating client feedback
  • Schedule client meetings and lead presentations; maintain and distribute status reports for internal and client use
  • Facilitate reviews and manage/track follow-ups
  • Work with different departments in the agency; motivate and provide guidance to the creative (web), production, analytic and project management teams.
  • Understanding client's strategic needs and business objectives and make recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Writing creative and media briefs, facilitating internal and client reviews, gathering performance data


Required and Preferred Skills:

  • Advertising agency experience.
  • Web and digital advertising experience highly preferred (digital and web development processes)
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Experience presenting in client meetings.
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Ability to lead and direct client interactions and team objectives
  • Communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Experience working with dynamic client relationships
  • Work well under tight deadlines

The monthly salary range for this position is $6,667 - $7,083, with an annualized equivalent of $80,000 - $85,000.

Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
