Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Social Engagement and Community Manager for the Secret brand to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for the following:

Social Content Creator / Social Strategist

* Creation of strategy per platform per brand, inclusive of stills, video and copy writing
* Create content calendars, including new content, customer content & amplify innovation and PR campaigns
* Identify and respond to trends: Still content and editing (memes/photography)
* Video content/editing for social

Social Media Community Management

* Finding relevant consumer posts and copywrite comments
* Find and get permission from consumers to amplify user general's consent - coordinate with key opinion leader team
* Editing/drafting consumer facing emails with brand tone of voice
* Improve engagement and positive feedback on ratings & reviews across brand website, retailer websites and digital commerce websites
* Partner with corporate stewardship

Social Team Leadership:

* Media: Partner with in-house media team and brand on paid amplification, identify outperforming organic content to boost
* Brand: Work with SBMs on content calendars
* Comms: Partner with Comms Leader and PR agency on earned coverage, credentials and tentpole activations, partner with other brand CMs on standard processes and findings,
* Design: Ensuring our content follows brand equity guidelines

Stewardship

* Partner with corporate stewardship
* Evaluate risks (trends/comments/etc.) and develop action plan
* Partner with Company Comms on guideline changes

Analytics and Reporting

* Learning, optimizing, and applying Brandwatch/Talkwalker, in partnership with PR agency
* Identify measurement trends on what's working/not working, influence overall strategy
* Keep up to date on platform technology changes across platforms
* Analyze and report data quarterly
* Bring brand relevant social trends to the team for potential larger activation

Job Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has the following:

* A degree in communications, journalism, public relations or a related field
* Experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Starting Pay/Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
