We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized eCommerce Warehouse Associate to assist with our Amazon FBA operations. This role involves handling inventory, preparing shipments, while utilizing Amazon Seller Central. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and has experience with both warehouse operations and basic computer tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use Amazon Seller Central to create shipments, generate labels, and track inventory.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment according to Amazon FBA and direct-to-customer shipping requirements.
  • Organize, label, and stock inventory in the warehouse.
  • Receive and inspect shipments, updating stock levels accordingly.
  • Construct boxes, bag, fold, and sticker products as needed.
  • Safely lift, move, and maneuver boxes (up to 50 lbs) and use pallet jacks when required.
  • Utilize Excel/Google Sheets for inventory tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • On occasion, assist with our direct to consumer fulfillment, utilizing ShipStation to process direct-to-customer orders, generate shipping labels, and ensure accurate order fulfillment

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central or other eCommerce platforms (preferred).
  • Experience using ShipStation or similar shipping software (preferred).
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics environment.
  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders when needed.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Dependable, reliable and punctual
  • Fluent in English with effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest in fashion, apparel, pop culture, or current trends is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
