Job Description:

Job Summary
  • Responsible for designing, implementing and leading Revenue Management strategy in highest priority Commercial initiatives to achieve positive results. Supports Commercial department to align people, assets and network to maximize revenue opportunities. Ensures the Revenue Management perspective is understood and considered as part of Commercial and Enterprise decisions. Provides analytical support to Revenue Management leadership on cross-departmental work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and maintain Revenue Management strategies for high priority Commercial initiatives
  • Perform independent revenue performance analysis efforts on multiple topics and act as the point person for leadership updates, requests for information, questions, or special projects by performing deep-dive analytics across multiple topics
  • Lead support on ad-hoc companywide projects by efficiently responding to ad-hoc requests and conducting the research necessary to provide helpful data/information
  • Contribute to developing strategies and business insights from qualitative and quantitative information
  • Collaborate closely with partners across Commercial organization to achieve Commercial objectives
  • Help structure complex problems and act to holistically solve them
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and lead meetings with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Develop well-written presentations that convey key information, including business cases, roadmaps and other materials that support alignment efforts
  • Train, coach, and mentor peers to develop their business acumen and/or technical skills
  • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Advanced knowledge of macro and microeconomic principles and practices
  • Advanced knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
  • Advanced knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications
  • Advanced knowledge of implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
  • Ability to contribute and apply knowledge and information to the organization’s strategic plan
  • Skilled in collecting, organizing, visualizing, and assimilating data by turning raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented and visualization software
  • Advanced skill with Microsoft Office including Excel, writing SQL, and ability to learn new skills in existing tools or new tools
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify complex problems, the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
  • Ability to communicate actions and plans to peers and leaders with supporting reasoning
  • Ability to adjust plans based on changing business trends, changing capabilities or changing priorities
Education
  • Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
  • Advanced level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in:
    • Revenue Management, Pricing or similar analytical field
    • Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet programs, intermediate SQL skills and/or the ability to learn new skills existing tools or new tools (Alteryx, Tableau, etc)
    • Project leadership experience

Pay & Benefits

  • Competitive market salary from $ 105,550.00 - $ 117,300.00 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
