Job Description

Reyn Spooner is seeking a Stock Associate to manage the receipt, stocking, and replenishment of inventory. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of all Reyn Spooner products to various retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately receive and check deliveries, ensuring proper stocking.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment efforts.
• Manage the inventory life cycle, from initial receipt to returns to vendor (RTV).
• Analyze demand trends and develop replenishment strategies to meet service levels.
• Organize stock for efficient space utilization and enforce operational policies.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with the inventory system.
• Achieve productivity targets and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Facilitate store communication and collaboration, ensuring quality service.
• Clearly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
