We are seeking driven, licensed agents to join our remote team as Licensed Medicare Enrollment Coordinators. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity—not seasonal or part-time. What We Offer:

  • $60 per completed Medicare enrollment (MA, MAPD), paid monthly

Work Schedule:

  • AEP/OEP Season (October-March): 9:00 AM EST – 6:00 PM EST
  • Rest of the Year (April-September): 9:00 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle only inbound calls generated by active marketing campaigns
  • Assist clients with Medicare plan selection and application completion
  • Provide excellent customer service and enrollment support
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals

Qualifications:

  • Active health insurance license with Medicare sales authority
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote environment
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude
  • Customer service or sales experience is helpful, but not required — training is provided

Additional Details:

  • This is a 1099 independent contractor position
  • Agents must supply their own equipment: headset, ethernet connection, webcam
  • Dual monitors strongly preferred, not required
  • Equipment expenses may be tax-deductible for 1099 contractors
