The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving value as a voice-of-the-customer, experience leading and developing successful products from ideation to launch, and ability to lead cross-functionality to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs over the long-term.<br><br><strong>Key REsponsibilities</strong><br><br>A Staff Product Manager is responsible for defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products that meet our customer needs over the product-market lifecycle. This role collaborates with a wide range of people to identify and define customer needs, understand the Solution Context, and develops the Program Vision, Roadmap, and Features required to meet these needs including assurance that business needs cascade down to the team level. A Staff PM owns the feature product backlog and serves as the ultimate product authority approving PI/TI and Iteration objectives.<br><br><ul><li>Responsible for ensuring that the Record-to-Report value stream creates feasible and sustainable products & solutions.</li><li>Practice consultative partnership to analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities and prioritize product features.</li><li>Collaboratively create a well-articulated global product vision, domain strategy, and long-range roadmap for the portfolio.</li><li>Accountable for crafting and delivering the Product roadmap, partnering with Business Stakeholders, Architecture, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment to Business Strategies, Technical Roadmaps, and Architectural standards.</li><li>Generates business value work with the portfolio layer, including experience in working with POs to ensure that work cascades to the team level.</li><li>Track the success of products and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Mentor and develop a team of skilled and engaged product owners at various levels of seniority.</li><li>Partners with companion teams for delivery of enterprise connected solutions.</li><li>Accepts accountability for the end-to-end delivery of Epics, Features, Stories and/or Programs to achieve business outcomes.</li><li>Evolve lean and agile process and operationalized product management workflows while leaving room for flexibility and team-specific ways of working.</li></ul><br><br><strong>What You'll Need (Minimum Qualifications)</strong><br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent engineering skillset, training, or functional work experience</li><li>5+ years of experience as a Product owner</li><li>Proven success working in a highly collaborative, matrix environment, with a track record of measurable business impact</li><li>Outstanding communication, organizational, facilitation, negotiation, and mentorship skills</li><li>Practiced consultative partnership with customers, with the ability to translate functional needs into requirements that drive value. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
