Amazon DSP Delivery Driver - at least $19.75/ hour, Louisville, KY, DKY6 ID- 11940

About the position

Amazon DSPs (Delivery Service Partners) are looking for delivery driver associates to deliver packages to customers! DSPs are independent, small businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages out of local Amazon Warehouses. As a delivery driver, you'll be driving an Amazon-branded vehicle, staying active, working independently, and being part of a motivated team that safely delivers Amazon packages to customers in your community. You will work 3-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day with shifts available seven days a week. Both part-time and full-time positions may be available. You will interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner, delivering 200 or more packages ranging from envelopes to boxes weighing up to 50lbs. In addition to a competitive wage and the opportunity for overtime, some DSPs may offer holiday pay and bonuses for safety, performance, quality, and referrals.

Delivery vehicles are provided, with on-route gas and insurance covered. To qualify, you must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. You must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment (non-CDL driver's license is acceptable) and maintain a safe driving record, obeying all applicable traffic laws and driving in accordance with weather and road conditions. Select Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) offer tuition reimbursement and 401k plans for full-time delivery drivers. Please contact your DSP directly to confirm eligibility and program details. Additionally, incentive programs for drivers based on various performance metrics may be available, and specific advancement opportunities will vary by Delivery Service Partner (DSP).
