About the position

Next Construction Solutions LLC is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Pilot Car Drivers/Flaggers. This position is crucial for ensuring the safety and efficiency of construction zones by guiding vehicles and pedestrians safely through work areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing traffic flow, setting up warning signs, and communicating effectively with both drivers and construction personnel. This role is perfect for those looking for part-time work with the potential to transition into a full-time position. We are currently experiencing an immediate need for qualified candidates who are willing to work out of town depending on contract locations. The starting pay for this position is $11.00 per hour, with a pay range of $9.43 to $15.65 per hour based on experience and qualifications. Candidates must be able to be insured under our company?s insurance policy, which is a requirement for this role.
