The Role and What You’ll Do:

This position is primarily responsible for supporting the strategic story development for various product teams, along with program management teams where needed which provides travel solutions and high-end custom programs for individuals and corporations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who thinks outside the box to curate and present innovative solutions to both internal stakeholders and external customers. This person will manage multiple tasks and projects, anticipate needs, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

 

This role will be primarily responsible for supporting the Product Content, LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games, team to develop and implement the Product Content strategy and the Product go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our robust catalog of product offerings; including our official hospitality packages, Overnight packages, and high-end custom programming for individuals and corporations looking to attend the LA 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

 

At the direction of the Director, Product Content, the Product Content Manager, will support the development and execution of content across all channels, ensuring content is accurate, compelling, and on-brand for potential purchasers. The Product Content Manager will also be responsible for helping to manage and track against project timelines across multiple teams through our project management tools and systems to ensure timely deliverables and help to maintain our Sales Hub knowledge bases for our teams, collaborators, and leadership to resource for the latest information.

 

The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, an interest in creating and editing various forms of content, is highly organized, resourceful, a strong communicator, and excels at managing multiple projects at once.

 

· Work cross-functionally with the Commercial Hospitality Product and Product Content teams to help charge our go-to-market strategy, supporting communications with the Marketing, Technology, and Product Operations teams to stay up to date on project statuses and needs, updating the Director, Product Content on any roadblocks or opportunities.

· Support creation of content, briefs, and timelines for product launches, product updates, product materials, or product enhancements.

· Support the creation of collateral for internal/partner executive leadership meetings and initiatives

· Work directly with the Product Content and Marketing teams to develop and maintain a consistent voice and tone across all channels, while abiding by specific content requirements. Channels include E-com home pages and booking pages, sales materials, product catalogs, social media, email, brochures, etc.

· Track and maintain the Product Content teams projects and tasks in our project management system, working alongside the Project Coordinator(s) and other necessary teams to ensure all deadlines are met in a timely manner.

· Work alongside the Product Content Coordinator, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to maintain and organize our Sales Hub knowledge bases and archives, ensuring all materials are properly tagged, filed, and organized in an easily resourced format.

· Distribute new or updated Product materials to internal sales teams, helping with any questions they may have or supporting any identified content gaps or needs they may have.

· Proactively support and identify opportunities to improve our materials and storytelling for our end-users.

You Have These

· Excellent computer skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, for both internal and external audiences.

· Strong customer centric lens and ethic

· Produce accurate work, even when under pressure, and check accuracy of information before using or passing on to others

· Practices attentive and active listening, with flexibility and adaptability, in order to determine what drives results

· Demonstrates good follow-through on information and project status

· Demonstrated ability of organization and project management skills

· Able to respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities

· Fluency in English for writing, proofing, and editing content

· Minimum 5 years of experience proofing and driving content for Sales, Hospitality, Marketing, Internal/External Communications, Business Communications, or related field — or equivalent experience.

· Experience coordinating and collaborating with a cross-cultural team

· Working knowledge or previous experience with Adobe, InDesign, Illustrator, and Figma

· SEO knowledge or basics understanding

· E-commerce knowledge and experience

· Knowledge of Spanish

Travel: Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays. This position may require up to 15 – 25 % travel.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

$68,640 annually
