Description
This is a key role in building the future of premium subscription content at YouTube.
About The Job
You will work cross-functionally across engineering, product, business development and finance on initiatives spanning YouTube TV, emerging content subscriptions and more.
Your focus will be on scaling operationally and supporting new product and partner launches.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage digital operations for YouTubeTV, Primetime Channels and media-related products, ensuring high quality and adherence to technical specifications.
- Monitor the health of Video on Demand (VOD) delivery systems and resolve any issues impacting user experience.
- Leverage video technologies to design operational processes and apply tools and automation solutions for scale and growth.
- Define, manage, and review operational metrics and KPIs to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide investments in operational processes and tools.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Business or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in the media industry or OTT.
- 2 years of experience in product operations and project management in the media.
