This is an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Strategy & Success team as a Strategic Product Specialist, focusing on driving adoption of Adobe Express and Firefly for Adobe’s Enterprise customers.

In this role, you will be directly engaged with leadership at some of the world's most well-known companies, helping unlock value and fostering adoption of Adobe Express and Firefly throughout the organization. 

What You'll Do 

  • Collaborate with Enterprise customers to understand their visual communication and content creation needs. 
  • Find opportunities for Adobe Express and Firefly to streamline workflows, enhance creativity, and improve productivity. 
  • Demonstrate the specific value proposition of each solution, showcasing how they integrate seamlessly with the Adobe ecosystem including Creative Cloud, Stock, Fonts, and Libraries. 
  • Develop and deliver compelling product demos that resonate with customer needs, moving beyond features to showcase real-world impact. 
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and other specialists to develop targeted adoption strategies and drive active user engagement within customer organizations. 
  • Collaborate with product and GTM teams, providing actionable insights from customer engagements to inform product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $125,500 -- $220,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
