About the Job

This role focuses on building premium subscription content at YouTube. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, business development, and finance teams on initiatives spanning YouTube TV, emerging content subscriptions, and more.

You will plan and execute programs to run service and content operations for YouTube, focusing on video technology and video-on-demand delivery. This includes building a sustainable operations framework in support of continued growth and scale of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day digital operations for YouTubeTV, Primetime Channels, and media-related products, ensuring high quality and adherence to technical specifications.
  • Monitor VOD delivery systems' health, proactively identifying and resolving issues impacting user experience.
  • Leverage expertise in video technologies to design operational processes and apply tools and automation solutions for scale and growth.
  • Define, manage, and review operational metrics and KPIs to drive improvements.

You will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage unpredictable situations effectively. You will also have experience with SQL, analyzing datasets, and extracting actionable insights to drive operational improvements and data-driven solutions.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in media industry or OTT.
