About the Role at eharmony:

As a pioneer in the dating app world, eharmony is looking to distribute content that inspires younger audiences to connect with the dating app known for real love. We aim to create positive and relevant conversations focusing on the dating life of singles. Our international Social Media Team is seeking a Content Creator and Social Media Manager to drive eharmony’s social media efforts across all channels.

You will be involved in the entire process, from strategy development to content creation and community interaction. You will also coordinate with external creators for international campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the overall social media strategy development and provide consulting for other marketing departments on social media-related topics.
  • Develop and produce short form videos and other social media content.
  • Plan and execute influencer and content creator campaigns.
  • Independent planning and day-to-day execution/maintenance across all eharmony’s owned social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads, Pinterest, Youtube).
  • Community management and assistance in customer care experience on product related conversations.
  • Analysis and reporting of KPIs for the ongoing improvement of our channels. You will have access to a social media management tool (Emplifi) as well as internal data from our business intelligence systems.

Minimal requirements:

  • You are enthusiastic about social media and are always curious to try out different ways to touch our users with engaging content.
  • Comfortable in front of and behind the camera, and are familiar with the success factors of vertical video formats.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and tools, and an active participant in social media.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, able to think beyond the obvious and confidently express your opinions.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ years social media experience for a brand or agency.
  • Experience using social media management and analytics tools.
  • Strong copywriting and grammar skills.
  • Experience in working with influencers and creators.
  • Awareness and empathy in interacting with social media communities.
  • Graphic design and video editing experience.

 

This role will be hybrid, based out of our Los Angeles office, with up to 4 days of remote work each week. Our pet-friendly office welcomes your dog and includes stocked kitchens with cold brew on tap and catered weekly lunches.

Pay Range: $70,000 –$ 90,000 /annual salary. The compensation range reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs.
