Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries received via chat, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer needs with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain a courteous and helpful tone in all interactions, fostering positive relationships with customers.

Problem Solving:

  • Identify and document customer issues, escalating complex inquiries to senior support staff as necessary.
  • Use effective problem-solving techniques to troubleshoot customer concerns and implement satisfactory solutions quickly.

Follow-Up:

  • Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure their inquiries have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Prepare and send follow-up emails as needed, maintaining communication until the issue is fully resolved.

Documentation:

  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries.
  • Update the knowledge base and maintain relevant documentation to assist colleagues and improve service efficiency.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with colleagues globally to share insights, best practices, and strategies for enhancing the customer service experience.
  • Attend virtual team meetings to discuss updates, challenges, and successes, contributing to a supportive team environment.

Performance Metrics:

  • Meet established performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:
