Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Miramar, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Ensures the front doors are secured at all times.
  • Actively maintains the headquarters appointment calendar and tracks visitors' and vendors' arrival and departure times.
  • Grants access to the building after verifying that the visitor/vendor's appointment is on the appointment calendar.
  • Demonstrates effective face-to-face communications and telephone interactions by established customer service standards.
  • Monitors daily cameras for irregular activity and reports any suspicious activity to the Operations Manager.
  • Responsible for maintenance of camera effectiveness and clarity.
  • Securely maintains an inventory of temporary badges and provides them to visitors, vendors, and employees as warranted.
  • Completes a daily audit of the temporary badges and verifies that all outstanding badges are returned timely.
  • Follow up with responsible parties to obtain unreturned badges.
  • Sorts and distributes incoming and interoffice mail in time for the morning departmental mail run.
  • Sorts outgoing mail by the accounting center to ensure that mail charges are applied accurately and that it is ready for designated afternoon pick-up time.
  • Delivers incoming packages to appropriate departments and assists with preparing outgoing packages when needed.
  • Also, processes return mail.
  • Assists in the completion of the duties of other Operations department employees.
  • Provides lobby coverage for after-hours business events as needed.


Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $15.82 - $16.85 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Length: Temporary (12 months).
