Environment Control (TRIAD) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual as a Supervior to grow our team.
This Supervior must have great customer service skills and possess the ability to motivate a team to maintain properties at peak condition.
To be a great fit for this role prior supervisory experience is required, preferably cleaning experience as well. You will be responsible for all janitorial services at several locations.

Janitorial Management Part Time + Flexible Hours + Steady Income
We have immediate openings and can start right away! At Environment Control Triad, we are looking to grow our team. We are currently hiring for a part time management position in the Greensboro/High Point area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:- Supervise and lead a team of cleaning staff, Providing training, guidance, and support to team members.- Ensure that the team adheres to safety protocols and follows company policies and procedures.
- Client Relations:- Maintain positive relationships with clients and address their concerns or special requests.- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality of service and client satisfaction.- Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates and address any issues.
- Supervising :- Oversee the cleaning process of up to twenty accounts in the Greensboro/High Point Area- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.- Assist in the development and implementation of cleaning procedures and checklists.
- Reporting:- Maintain accurate records of work performed, supplies used, and other relevant data.- Prepare and submit regular reports to the management team. Communicate with management team daily!
- Staff Development:- Identify training needs and opportunities for professional growth within the team.- Provide feedback and conduct performance evaluations for team members.- Foster a positive and productive work environment.

- Valid NC Driver License
- Reliable Transportation
- Flexibility during weekday evenings
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
