Description
We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator for our client located in Fairhope, Alabama. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and attentive experience. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential for success in this position. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors and clients with a friendly and attentive demeanor.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Maintain and update schedules, appointments, and records to ensure smooth office operations.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
• Provide administrative support to team members as needed, including document preparation and data entry.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to draft correspondence, manage spreadsheets, and schedule meetings.
• Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
• Coordinate with other departments to manage office supplies and equipment needs.
Requirements
• Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Communication skills that demonstrate attention to detail, both written and verbal.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
