Full job description

As a member of the Client Services team, the Client Services Specialist will proactively address client issues with a blend of optimism and realism, with an emphasis on clear communication. This position will support Etix’s growing client base via phone and email, as well as onsite at live events.

The winning candidate will have ticketing-related experience, be a proven self-starter and problem solver with the ability to take direction and apply it to unique challenges. The Client Services Specialist’s tasks will include creating events with the Etix ticketing system and providing ongoing technical support and training on the Etix system, hardware and equipment.

Areas of responsibility

  • Work directly with venues and promoters to provide world class support
  • Create and support events on the Etix platform
  • Onboard new clients
  • Travel and on-site support to live events is required for this position. Travel is generally 25% and at times up to 30-40% during summer concert/fair/festival season.
  • Moving, installing, and supporting Etix equipment. Ability to lift 30lbs (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions)

Skills/Experience Required

  • High School Graduate or equivalent is required. Associates Degree or higher is preferred, but more importantly, you go above and beyond for our clients
  • Knowledgeable about the ticketing industry and live events
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A commitment to providing excellent service in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
  • Being a collaborator and team player
  • Having the ability to learn quickly and adapt in high-paced environments
  • Web and tech savvy
  • Must be flexible about working nights, weekends and occasional holidays
