Job Summary
The Enrollment Analyst will be responsible for extracting, manipulating, analyzing, and assessing enrollment data and requests to support onboarding of internal and external customers. This administrative role will require various methods, approaches, and technology to oversee and implement activations. They will use a blend of automation and manual analysis to make informed decisions, adhere to company policies, state laws and regulations for the Enrollment Management team. Provide reporting to support operational needs on a predetermined basis (i.e., ad hoc and scheduled).
The Enrollment Analyst position requires a significant level of coordination and negotiation skills, including the need to simultaneously work with customers, the business (and business partners), and technology teams to identify, assess, define, document, and negotiate for the "best" practices and processes in order to enable the client to meet or exceed its business goals.
Job Requirements
- Processing and maintain dealer customer accounts.
- Updating system profiles and supporting various products related to onboarding such as dealer customer's ability to contact electronically with lenders and various integration partner providers.
- Responsible for Product/Feature set-up as it pertains to dealers.
- Create dealership profiles within the CAMS.
- Maintain and update user profiles within the CAMS.
- Adhere to all Audit/Policies and Procedures.
- Communicate effectively with any and all internal, dealer, finance source and Owner contacts.
- Maintain safety, security, and privacy standards throughout all areas of responsibility.

Other Essential Requirements
- Prior experience in Automotive Retail Finance or other related Consumer Finance experience is a plus.
