We’re looking for Barista Team Members to welcome and serve our guests with a focus on Hospitality helping them feel welcome at our restaurant. Our Team Members are energetic people with a focus on customer service and enjoy multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.


Barista Team Members play a critical role in the success of the Restaurant welcoming and interacting with guests making sure Mokas is a friendly and upbeat environment.

Barista Team Member Select Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Hospitality focused always, greeting guests, answering questions, and making helpful suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service.
  • Takes pride in all aspects of their work, whether making sandwiches, brewing coffees, running the register, doing drive-thru, or focusing on cleanliness.
  • Attentive in the Restaurant, sensing customer needs and keeping their manager and fellow team members informed on an ongoing basis.
  • Prepares and delivers food and drinks with quality in mind, consistently meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
  • A collaborative team member, always willing to play a role in making the work environment a warm and welcoming place.
  • Recognizes how critical cleanliness and safety are to the Guest experience, the quality of the product and the success of the Restaurant.

Requirements

Must be 16 years or older. Successful team members consistently demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service, dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.


Job Types: Part-time

Salary: $10 per hour - $11 per hour per hour + Tips

Restaurant type: Quick service & fast-food restaurant
