As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Phone Customer Service Representative who can uphold our high standards of customer care while ensuring seamless interactions for all our clients. This role is crucial to ensuring a positive experience for every customer, whether they need help with product inquiries, order management, or troubleshooting issues.

As a Phone Customer Service Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer service operations, engaging directly with customers through phone calls and emails. You’ll be responsible for resolving issues… answering product questions, and ensuring that each interaction ends on a positive note. Your knowledge of our products and ability to handle multiple administrative tasks will be essential to providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)

  • Customer Inquiry Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via phone and email.
  • Product Expertise: Provide accurate and detailed information about our wellness and supplement products, guiding customers to make informed decisions.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and addressing order-related questions.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Complete administrative tasks as required to support the overall customer experience.
  • Positive Interaction: Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor in all customer interactions, upholding our commitment to superior service.

Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role)

  • Proven experience in customer service, (wellness and supplements industry preferred).
  • Previous experience working in eCommerce, with familiarity in CRM platforms like Richpanel, Hubspot, Gorgias, or similar.
  • Interest and knowledge in the health and wellness industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of handling phone, email, and potential live chat interactions with professionalism.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting, with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and quality headset; ability to work in a quiet, focused environment.
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Work Eastern or Pacific US time zone.

The company is currently hiring 6 Phone Customer Service Representatives. The following schedules are available:

  • 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, Eastern time zone (1 rep needed)
  • 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, Pacific time zone (1 rep needed)
  • 8am-5pm, Saturday-Sunday AND three weekdays of your choosing, US time zone flexible (4 reps needed)

Compensation is competitive based on geographic location and experience.
