As a Taxonomy Strategist, you will play a critical role in organizing and optimizing the content categorization and metadata strategy for our global streaming platform. This is a unique opportunity to utilize your expertise in taxonomy and information architecture to enhance the user experience for millions of Netflix subscribers worldwide. Conduct regular audits and analysis of existing taxonomy structures and metadata to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Drive innovation and growth by implementing new and innovative approaches to content categorization and metadata management. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to integrate taxonomy strategy into product development and improvements. Monitor and analyze user feedback and data to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to taxonomy strategy. Communicate and present taxonomy strategy and updates to stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Continuously monitor and improve the user experience of Netflix's global streaming platform through effective taxonomy management. Provide guidance and support to other teams on taxonomy-related projects and initiatives. Uphold and promote Netflix's core values and culture within the Product Experience team.
