A respected national law firm is seeking an experienced Plaintiffs’ Litigation Attorney to join their St. Louis, MO team. Key Responsibilities

Client Representation: Advocate for individuals and groups in various plaintiff-side cases, including personal injury, class actions, and toxic torts.
End-to-End Litigation: Lead the litigation process from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking depositions, and trial preparation.
Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate settlements to protect the best interests of your clients at every stage of litigation.
Courtroom Advocacy: Represent plaintiffs in court with confidence, delivering compelling arguments to secure justice.
 

Qualifications

Licensed Attorney: Must possess a valid law degree and an active MO or IL license.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience on the plaintiffs’ side. Experience with high-value or complex cases (e.g., class actions, mass torts) is a plus.
Client-focused: Strong dedication to advocating for individuals and achieving justice for clients.
Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication abilities, with a knack for explaining complex legal issues clearly to clients and judges.
Attention to Detail: Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
