About the position

The Data & Systems Analyst at Switchyards will conduct data analysis and enhance systems to support the company's growth strategy. This role is critical for analyzing trends, developing reports, and implementing technology solutions that streamline operations as the company plans to open 200 clubs over the next five years. The position requires a blend of analytical and creative thinking to drive membership growth and improve member experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the integration and maintenance of data across various platforms to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.
  • Analyze operational, member, and financial data to uncover trends and performance metrics.
  • Create reports and dashboards to monitor key KPIs, including member growth, occupancy, retention, and revenue.
  • Distill complex data into actionable insights to inform strategic decisions, such as optimizing space utilization and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Develop and automate regular reports on key metrics (e.g., membership numbers, occupancy rates, revenue).
  • Use data models to project future trends, guiding decisions on expansion, pricing strategies, and resource allocation.
  • Serve as the in-house subject matter expert on data and analytics, promoting a data-driven mindset across the organization.
  • Own the management, maintenance, and optimization of internal systems, including testing, troubleshooting, and implementing improvements.
  • Develop and implement automated workflows between systems to reduce manual tasks and errors.
  • Proactively identify and recommend new tools to enhance the tech stack and data infrastructure.
