We are seeking a data-driven and energetic Senior Product Manager, to play a leadership role, formulating and executing Amex GBT’s Air and Hotel initiatives driving revenue and savings for our customers. This is a pivotal role with exposure across Amex GBT and of utmost importance for the success of our supply technology and revenue management initiatives.

The Senior Product Manager will apply leadership and execution of our roadmap and will guide a team of Product Managers, Analysts & Engineers responsible for developing and supporting our Re-Shop products. We are looking for a leader who will determine the latest technology and key features that can positively impact Amex GBT.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Collaborate with the business, to develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, supplier, and customer needs.
  • Use data and judgement to craft our strategy and define clear, prioritized roadmaps
  • Translate customer needs to requirements, use cases and prioritized backlogs.
  • Coach the Product Team to analyze end-user processes efficiently so they build products that deliver an optimal customer experience.
  • Navigate the organization, partner with stakeholders to overcome project barriers.
  • Communicate on progress of roadmap deliverables, product performance and provide detailed, user friendly product feature release notes.
  • Collaborative leader who builds a constructive working culture across Product, Technology and partner groups
  • Manage product financials including billing, reporting.
  • Maintain product Profit & Loss account and keep the stakeholder informed of the profitability.
  • Ensure timely and on budget delivery of product releases meeting business needs.
  • Work with Engineering & Product to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.
  • Manage technical and business integration touchpoints within the GBT ecosystem and evangelize our products.
  • Define and monitor performance KPIs needed to assess performance for the product and apply remedial actions when needed.
  • Coach, mentor and manage the performance of a team of Product Managers, Product Analysts and Engineering.
  • Be accountable for all product development processes and act as an escalation point for the Products Team.

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $85,000 to $170,000.  The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
