OpenSea is seeking a talented and dynamic Brand and Visual Designer to lead our design initiatives as we navigate an exciting period new product launches. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping OpenSea's visual identity, blending expertise in brand development with a keen sense of visual design to engage our millions of users.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of OpenSea’s brand and visual design, ensuring a cohesive and appealing aesthetic that resonates with the crypto and web3 communities.

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and create high quality visual content, including brand graphics, illustrations, logos, and animations for digital platforms such as our website, social media, and email campaigns.

  • Create and oversee visual assets for marketing campaigns, website design, product interfaces, social media, presentations, and more.

  • Craft visual narratives that communicate our story, mission, and value proposition effectively.

  • Collaborate with partners on co-marketing plans, playing a pivotal role in crafting innovative and playful marketing strategies.

  • Stay at the cutting edge of design trends within the crypto, gaming, and broader digital space, bringing fresh, opinionated perspectives on UI/UX design and brand development.

 

Desired Experience:

The base salary for this full-time position, which spans across multiple internal levels depending on qualifications, ranges between $185,000 to $265,000 plus benefits & equity.
