We're looking for a Revenue Intelligence and Insights Analyst for our office in Alpharetta, GA. The position is fulltime. You'll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base.
Position Overview
This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to support and grow a best-in-class revenue intelligence function. As a Revenue Intelligence & Insights Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the go-to-market (GTM) organization by providing timely, accurate, and actionable insights. Reporting to the Revenue Intelligence & Insights Manager, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to support standardized metrics, maintain reporting frameworks, and conduct performance analyses that inform GTM strategy.If you are passionate about turning data into insight, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, and have foundational experience in Microsoft Power BI, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in revenue analytics.
About the Role
Support the development and maintenance of standardized revenue metrics and KPIs across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to deliver insights into revenue performance, conversion trends, and pipeline dynamics. Conduct routine and ad hoc analyses on sales cycles, lead/opportunity trends, and customer health to surface performance insights. Assist in identifying patterns and growth opportunities that can enhance sales execution and GTM strategy. Work with GTM leaders and the Revenue Ops team to support forecasting models, territory reviews, and segmentation projects. Help ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting tools and systems, and contribute to automation efforts. Partner with Sales Enablement and other GTM functions to provide performance metrics and operational reporting.
About You
1-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, or a related analytical role. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI (basic DAX, Power Query, dashboard creation). Proficiency in analyzing datasets and creating visualizations that support business insights. Exposure to Salesforce CRM or other GTM/revenue platforms is preferred. Strong interest in SaaS business models and GTM metrics such as pipeline conversion, sales cycle, and churn. Analytical mindset with attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow in a data-driven environment. Good communication skills with the ability to present insights in a clear and concise manner. Familiarity with Excel, SQL, or other data tools is a plus.
