About Team & About Role:

The team you are joining focuses on SaaS application protection, such as Salesforce, Office 365, etc. As the industry moves more towards SaaS applications in the cloud, data protection (backup and recovery) for these SaaS applications becomes a critical need for our customers.

You’ll work on problems at scale such as how to efficiently provide data protection for millions of users’ emails or documents. You’ll be part of the team that drives the next generation of SaaS protection and drives the company’s next growth engine.

What You’ll Do:

Design, build, and maintain Rubrik’s cloud data protection services
Problem solve
Collaborate with partner teams such as Product Management, UI, UX, documentation and support teams


Experience You’ll Need:

1-2 years of experience in developing large-scale distributed systems
Exceptional understanding of distributed systems
Sound understanding of cloud architecture and internals for AWS, Azure, or GCP
Proven experience in data structures, algorithms, software design, and systems analysis
A degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Golang

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US Pay Range$126,500—$189,700 USD
