OVERVIEW

We are currently looking to staff a Finance Systems Agile Program Manager. Must be available to start ASAP.

This full-time position is planned to be remote, meaning you can work from anywhere!.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The project manager will be participating in multiple projects within Finance, Corporate Treasury, Regulatory Projects etc.)

  • Lead a cross-functional team of IT and business professionals to integrate financial systems, Netsuite in particular.

  • Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale IT projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment

  • You will have management responsibility for a team of developers. You are tech savvy enough to help drive delivery of multiple ongoing projects and offer solutions when a tech problem arise. Know how to deal with issues, get it resolved and move on, don`t get stuck in the weeds.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in project management disciplines, with 5 to 10+ years of experience in leading IT projects

  • Strong organizational & time management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects in different development stages simultaneously

  • NetSuite Financials experience, including General Ledger, Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Reporting/Analytics

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience designing, configuring and testing NetSuite Financials applications  or similar Cloud application implementations with two or more Financial modules

  • Accountable for key project deliverables, including but not limited to Scope, Schedule, Quality, Resources,  Financial Management, Risks, Assumptions, Dependencies, Vendors / Partners and Release integration

  • Ability to work in an extremely ambiguous and ever-changing environment (both technical and business)

  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science or related field (BSc or MSc)

  • Background in the Financial Services Industry, Bitcoin and PMP (or other) certification would be an asset

  • Agile scrum methodology  and Flawless Oral, Written, Verbal communication
