About the position
The Support Associate III Spanish role at CGI Federal involves providing essential support to government staff, particularly in processing sensitive and confidential information related to passport applications. The position requires excellent communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to handle physical demands such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to government staff and perform accounting functions.
- Prepare and mail envelopes with correct passport and supporting documents.
- Box and archive files for storage purposes.
- Interface with passport applicants at Agency/Center information and will-call counters.
- Ensure appointment scheduling and review passport applications for completeness.
- Operate equipment for scanning, image review, and quality control of passports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of experience as a Support Associate Level II or data entry in a high volume production environment.
- Four years of general office experience, including three years of experience with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to remain flexible and adapt under pressure in stressful situations.
- Capable of performing repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Government Level clearance.
