The Role

At Masabi, we’re transforming the way people move by making transit payments seamless for millions worldwide. As Global Revenue Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue operations and ensuring our Sales, Account Management, and Bids teams operate efficiently and effectively.

Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, this is a high-impact role where you’ll balance both strategic direction and hands-on execution, shaping sales processes, improving revenue forecasting, and driving cross-functional alignment. You’ll work closely with leaders across the business to ensure operational excellence, accurate data-driven decision-making, and continued revenue growth.

We’re looking for someone who is both data-driven and collaborative, an experienced revenue operations leader who thrives in dynamic environments, identifies opportunities for improvement, and works cross-functionally to drive measurable results.


Location

This role is open to candidates based in the USA or Canada, within time zones ranging from Mountain Time to the East Coast, in a fully remote capacity.

Responsibilities

Optimizing Sales & Revenue Processes

  • Own and streamline the sales process from lead to close, ensuring seamless deal flow.

  • Oversee and manage Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity, adoption, and compliance across teams.

  • Facilitate and guide bi-weekly and monthly pipeline reviews to track forecasting accuracy and identify trends.

  • Develop revenue-generating OKRs, dashboards, and KPIs to measure and drive performance.

  • Implement best practices for deal qualification, pricing strategy, and sales forecasting to increase predictability and velocity.

Data, Reporting & Forecasting

  • Own and deliver all revenue reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).

  • Ensure forecasting accuracy and provide data-driven insights to leadership.

  • Lead the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process, ensuring alignment across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Product.

  • Conduct competitive pricing analysis to refine pricing models and maximize revenue potential.

Sales Enablement & Training

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

  • Act as a strategic partner to the CRO, supporting key revenue initiatives.

  • Work with Finance on commission plans, ensuring accurate and timely payouts.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Bids, and Pre-Sales to enhance alignment and improve customer handoffs.

  • Establish and clarify roles, responsibilities, and accountability across revenue teams.

  • Drive OKR adoption across teams, ensuring strategic goals translate into measurable success.

About You

We are looking for someone who can blend strategy and execution, using data, systems, and collaboration to drive predictability, efficiency, and impact.

  • Extensive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Leadership, ideally in SaaS or tech.

  • CRM expertise (Salesforce required, HubSpot preferred).

  • Strong data analysis skills - translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Experience leading forecasting, pipeline management, and QBRs.

  • Proven ability to streamline and improve sales processes and drive operational efficiency.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, collaborative leadership, and influencing skills.

  • Self-starter with high ownership, bias to action, and adaptability.

  • Comfortable working in fast-evolving environments, with a problem-solving and solution-orientated mindset.
