We're seeking an accomplished community program manager to join the Customer Education and Community team in our Scaled Customer Success organization. This person will play a crucial role in building and nurturing our community of Airtable users, and will develop and implement strategies for engaging, educating, and empowering our community. This role requires a passion for community building, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of community's role in solving customer needs, creating passionate advocates and product experts, and influencing long-term customer retention.

What You'll Do

As a Scaled Program Manager for Airtable Community, you'll be the point-person cross-functionally for Airtable Community. Key responsibilities include:

  • Experienced Community Builder: You have experience with, and a genuine passion for, building and nurturing user communities, preferable in the tech industry. Proficiency with community management platforms.
  • Excellent Communicator: You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences. You have the ability to articulate goals alignment, performance, and progress to an executive audience.
  • Effective Collaborator: You have strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and subject-matter experts across the business. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Strategic Thinker: You can develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals and drive community growth and engagement. You are able to tie short-term tasks and priorities to a long-term roadmap and vision.
  • Event Planning Expertise: You have experience planning and executing successful community events, both virtual and in-person, with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Customer-Centric: You have a deep understanding of customer needs and are committed to providing exceptional support and advocacy for our users.

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience.

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is:

$147,000-$199,000 USD

For all other work locations (including remote), the base salary range for this role is:

$132,300-$179,100 USD
