Associate, Investment ID-9639

Purpose of Position:

Responsible for researching, sourcing, analysing and executing co-investment and primary investment opportunities. In addition, responsible for monitoring Pantheon's co-investment and primary investment portfolio. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing financial modelling and evaluations of private equity co-investment and primary investment opportunities and supporting other more senior team members on deal negotiations, deal completion and other business development
  • Undertaking and leading transaction due diligence and analysis; including valuation modelling; preparation and presentation of investments proposals to Pantheon's Co-investment Investment Committee and Primary Investment Committee
  • Contribute to global teams and support the execution of investment opportunities across Pantheon's platform as appropriate
  • Coordination of execution/closing, including review and negotiation of legal documentation (with the support of Pantheon's Investment Structuring Team)
  • Monitor existing investment portfolio
  • Completing ad hoc research tasks and responding to client service requests.
  • Over time manage and/or mentor analysts or administrators, as appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and Pantheon policy (including reporting compliance risks and maintaining appropriate standards of conduct)

Knowledge & Experience Required:

 

Expected base salary range:  $125,000 - $135,000

Actual base salary is determined by a range of factors including individual experience, skills and qualifications. 

In addition to the above salary, Pantheon offers a generous employee benefits package and successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus
