Key Responsibilities

As a Solution Engineering Manager responsible for Slack within the Global Public Sector organizational unit, you will work closely with the Sales Teams to drive growth, and take a strategic view to get us to the next stage of our journey.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Solution Engineering team in a rapidly evolving AI-driven market.
  • Drive transformational change and innovation in solution selling.
  • Build C-level relationships to strengthen partnerships and drive revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans in collaboration with Sales teams.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $183,400 to $245,280.

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $166,670 to $222,950.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $166,670 to $222,950.

For Maryland based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $166,670 to $222,950.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $183,400 to $245,280.

For Minnesota based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $166,670 to $222,950.
