About the position

As a Recruiter at Covenant Eyes, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting mission-driven candidates who align with the company's core values. This position requires a blend of creativity and technical skills to manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers, while ensuring a strong connection to the company's mission and vision.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand qualification criteria and update job descriptions as needed.
  • Develop job postings and strategic sourcing plans while being financially responsible.
  • Source candidates through various resources including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Administer the applicant tracking system (iCIMS), including customizations and workflow enhancements.
  • Assist with the onboarding process, including material development and scheduling.
  • Maintain and support job description development and editing.
  • Fill internal needs without relying on external placement support, developing career path opportunities.
  • Assess candidates to ensure their capabilities match job requirements.
  • Prepare and extend new hire offers.
  • Maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration.
  • Document and track candidates accurately in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide insightful and proactive recruiting reports.
  • Establish trust and credibility through skilled communication with managers, peers, and candidates.
  • Participate in process improvement strategies within the Human Resources Division.
  • Work collaboratively and independently, serving as backup to teammates as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or comparable experience.
  • Proven experience in corporate recruiting with a successful track record.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS databases and systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Team-oriented with strong recruitment and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technologically savvy with excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, HRIS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing directions.
  • Strong sense of accountability, work ethic, and integrity.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage at all organizational levels.
