Job Responsibilities:

·       Provide hands on second level technical support, analysis, and issue resolution for network infrastructure and network services.

·       Optimize network performance via analyzing, tuning, and monitoring. Evaluate existing network performance to identify deficiencies and make performance recommendations.

·       Provide technical training and mentoring to other engineers.

·       Provide network support for complex issues related to applications, servers, databases, storage and/or any other technical service.

·       Analyze and evaluate new network monitoring capabilities.

Qualifications:

·       Six plus years of experience in supporting large scale corporate/datacenter networks.

·       Expert level of knowledge in routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP

·       Expert level of knowledge in switching technologies like spanning tree, port channels, and virtual port channels.

·       Expert level of knowledge of Cisco NX-OS/IOS and Arista routing and switching platforms

·       Strong knowledge of protocols like TCP, UDP, and IP.

·       Good understanding of security infrastructure like Firewalls, IPSEC/SSL VPNs

·       Strong understanding of Aruba Wireless technologies

·       Must be willing to learn new technologies while being able to adapt to a fast-paced service driven environment

Preferred Additional Skills:

·       Experience with supporting network services such as DNS and NTP.

·       Experience with F5 Load Balancers

·       Experience with Viptela and Versa SDWAN technologies

·       Experience with network monitoring tools such as Spectrum, Performance Center, and Splunk.

·       Experience with managing and troubleshooting ESXI virtualization of load Balancers and firewalls

·       Experience with IVPN IPSEC troubleshooting across Cisco and Palo Alto

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
