We are currently seeking a dedicated Equipment Associate to maintain our company facilities, equipment, and grounds. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning and washing of construction equipment and vehicles upon return from job sites
  • Maintain landscaped areas around company facilities, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and general upkeep
  • Conduct basic equipment check-ins and document equipment condition
  • Identify and report any equipment damage or maintenance needs
  • Assist with equipment organization and yard management
  • Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of company grounds
  • Perform seasonal landscape maintenance tasks as needed
  • Maintain inventory of landscaping and equipment cleaning supplies
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
  • Exemplify our company's commitment to safety and core values in every aspect of work

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in equipment maintenance, landscaping, or related field
  • Knowledge of basic equipment operation and maintenance principles
  • Experience operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
  • Attention to detail with a focus on quality and presentation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance record
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Physical ability to perform required tasks in various weather conditions
